This class explores functional movement to foster stability and flexibility. Class includes postures, breath practices, somatic movement inquiries, relaxation, yoga philosophy, and meditation. Gentle to Moderate class.

About the Instructor
RYT500, AYS, CYT. Sarah enjoys using the tools of yoga to guide individual discoveries of body, mind and spirit. She has taught workshops such as: Yoga in the Workplace, Yoga for Paddlers, Yoga for Young Children, and Yoga for Resilience & Mental Wellness. She also loves the daily adventures of parenting in the Northwoods.
