This workshop will help people create their own daily meditation/contemplation/mindfulness ritual. Our goal is that each participant leaves with a personal plan for a daily ritual that meets their individual needs, such as blood pressure reduction, pain management, resiliency, a path to God, or mindfulness. The workshop is structured to include all beliefs or faiths.
